New Members

New Members are either joining for the first time or members who have let their membership lapse by not paying their membership fee prior to 31 August.

Membership Categories and Costs

• Branch Members are those who can attend a Branch meeting and be involved in the activities of the Association at all levels. Branch Members are volunteers and are covered by SACWA Insurance Policies.  They have voting rights at Branch and Group level, and can be a voting delegate at State Council if so approved by the Branch or Group.  Members rates apply at both B & B on Dequetteville and Holiday Cottages in South Australia.

  Join 01 Jan to 31 Mar (inc GST) $48.00
  Join 01 Apr to 30 Jun (inc GST) $24.00

• Individual Members do not participate in Association activities at any level. Individual members are volunteers and are covered by SACWA Insurance Policies. The membership subscription is the standard membership fee + a levy as a way of donation to compensate for the inability to volunteer time or assist towards the operation of the Association.  Individual Members do not have voting rights at Branch or Group level, and cannot be a voting delegate at State Council. Individual members can vote at General Meetings. Members rates apply at both B & B on Dequetteville and Holiday Cottages in South Australia.

• Junior Membership is for children from birth to 18 years of age. They have the ability to volunteer at Branch level under the supervision of their mother (who must be a Branch Member) and as such are covered by SACWA Insurance Policies.  They do not have voting rights at any level.
